STUDENT LEADERSHIP TEAMS
The Prayer Team leads in the student ministry’s prayer efforts, seeking God before Refuge, each event, and for individual members of our student ministry.
The Service Team leads in service-oriented tasks that are needed for services and events and partners with the outreach team for leading service projects.
The Welcome Team leads by making every student feel seen and loved, gathering guests’ information, connecting them with other students, and writing personal notes to new guests.
The Drama Team leads by finding or creating meaningful or entertaining skits and dramatic presentations to enhance our worship services, events, and social media.
The Worship Team leads by practicing and participating in the Refuge Band and living a life of worship and humility in front of their peers.
The Creative Team leads by coming up with creative elements to enhance our worship services, events, media, apparel, and Student Center decorations and ambiance.
The Outreach Team leads in the student ministry’s evangelistic efforts, planning and executing outreach events and living a life of personal evangelism.
The Media Team leads by ensuring that all the media needs for Refuge and other events are handled adequately and in training students to work ProPresenter, cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
